Bio Hacking is BS

I keep seeing posts like this from fitness influencers — and honestly, I’m tired of it.

"Optimize your sleep with red light therapy."

"Boost your brainpower with 7 nootropics you’ve never heard of."

"Track every glucose spike to finally lose that stubborn fat."

Enough with the biohacking BS.

Here’s the truth: most of it is complete crap.

Bulletproof coffee? It’s just butter and caffeine.

Red light therapy? Maybe helps with wrinkles. That’s about it.

Nootropics? 90% of them are overpriced caffeine pills.

Biohacking sells the illusion of control — but underneath it, it’s just privilege, pseudoscience, and marketing.

Do you have a friend who’s got six different supplements but still sleeps 4 hours a night?

The real “hacks” aren’t sexy:

-Sleep 7-8 hours

-Move your body daily

-Eat real food

-Build strong relationships

-Manage your mindset

No blue-light glasses required.

If you’re feeling stuck, tired, or unmotivated — you don’t need a new supplement. You need to master the basics.

They’re boring.

They’re free.

And they actually work.
