I can't believe it's been 11 years to the day since I did my first CrossFit workout. It was the Filthy 50's, and I couldn't walk properly for a week. I was young and inexperienced, and I didn't know what proper scaling looked like. Trust me when I say I've made all the mistakes. I've done different diets, strength cycles, movement progressions - I have a pretty good idea of what works and what doesn't. And yet, I'm still learning. Having attended over 20 seminars/certifications, I'm still thirsty for knowledge after all these years. I want to ensure that our members get the very best from me. In fact, I'm currently enrolled in two courses right now. So please use me. I know we have members that love to ask questions. I'm here to serve, so please use me if you need help. Whether it's a goal, nutrition counselling, or you just want to be better at a particular movement, please reach out. We've been adding quite a few to the 500 Club, and we plan to add at least 4 more to the 1000 Club before the end of the year. We have some of the most dedicated members of any CrossFit gym in Atlantic Canada. I'm so proud of our members who stick with it. I have my reasons for sticking with CrossFit for this long. If you're in the 500 or 1000 Club, please let us know in the comments what keeps you coming back. I'm sure our up-and-comers would love to hear it. NOTE - we will be sticking to our class limit of 14. Register soon because classes will fill up.
