What you need to know:-Theme is “Bring the Noise” -ALL classes will be performing this workout today (same as last week). -Registration in Zen Planner for evening Heats are posted. Please register BEFORE 12pm. Once a heat is full, that’s it. -Judges – same as last week – please sign-up on the whiteboard when you arrive at the gym. -NEW - VOLUNTEERS - We need a ton of people willing to help with loading/unloading bars. Please sign up on the whiteboard as well. -First heat will start at 5:00. Once a heat is complete, the next will start. There won't be posted times, as each heat will be different.
