Registration in Zen Planner will be open at 8am and close at 12pm. You must decide if you’re doing Rx’d, Scaled, OR Modified in advance (explanation below). Once a heat is full, it’s full. When you arrive at the gym, your name will be on the whiteboard for your specific heat. If you can judge, put your name under an athlete’s name.We will have a athlete/judges meeting at 5:15. The first heat will start at 5:30. There will be a 5 minute transition between heats.Come early, get in a solid warm-up, and bring your A-game.*Spirit points - Each person can bring in 3 non-perishables. The team with the most items wins the 5 spirit points.
