Registration in Zen Planner will be open at 7am and close at 12pm. You must decide if you’re doing Rx’d OR Scaled in advance. Once a heat is full, it’s full. When you arrive at the gym, your name will be on the whiteboard for your specific heat. If you can judge, put your name under an athlete’s name.We will have an athlete/judges meeting at 5:15. The first heat will start at 5:30. There will be a 6 minute transition between heats.Come early, get in a solid warm-up, and bring your A-game.*Spirit points – We will be taking team photos around 6:30. The team with the most green people will win the 5 points.Diane21-15-9 reps of:Deadlifts, 225 lb. / 155 lb. (scaled - 135/95#)Handstand push-ups (scaled - Hand-release pushups)Then,21-15-9 reps of:Deadlifts, 315 lb. / 205 lb.
