All the classes will be doing the Open workout today. However, this evening, when you arrive at the gym, mark your name on the whiteboard for your specific heat. If you can judge, put your name under an athlete’s name (there’s bonus points for judging this year).First heats starts at 4:30pm. Come early, get in a solid warm-up, and bring your A-game.There will be a 5 minute transition between heats. Athletes – have your bars ready to go BEFORE the heat starts.
