All the classes will be doing the Open workout today. However, this evening, when you arrive at the gym, mark your name on the whiteboard for your specific heat. If you can judge, put your name under an athlete’s name (there’s bonus points for judging this year).First heats starts at 5:00pm. Come early, get in a solid warm-up, and bring your A-game.*Heats are available to ALL CFM member, but prizes/rewards are only available for those who registered for the Open.Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:4 dumbbell thrusters6 toes-to-bars24 double-unders♀ 35-lb. dumbbells ♂ 50-lb. dumbbells
