9th Annual Hopper Event

First heat starts at 9:15am for some Hopper Strength action. 11:30 will be the Hopper WOD. Come by 359 Baig to check out the action. Pictured below is all of the previous Hopper events. As you can see, all of the even years are heavy on the squats.
