A Challenge

On Tuesday, December 20th, we will have an early Change for Change. Instead of $5 to switch your workout, you'll need to bring in some non-perishable food items. They will be donated to a local food bank.If you can't make it on Tuesday, then bring it in tomorrow.Even if you don't want to change your workout, bring some in anyway!I have three large boxes at the gym.
