Strength = Shoulder Press (3x5reps)EMOTM for 6 minutes, complete 25 Double UndersWith the remaining time in that minute, complete MAX burpees.After the 6 minutes, rest 1 minute.Then repeat. Score = total burpeesPace too much and you don't get a lot of burpees in. Go balls out and you may run out of gas before it ends.
