A Hopper After-thought

Now that the Hopper is a few days behind us, I'm able to look back at the event as a whole. I've been to many other CrossFit competitions before, but the Hopper is truly unique. It doesn't matter what place you finish. It doesn't matter if you need to scale. It doesn't matter what gym you're from. It's the positive energy that was literally booming through the doors that matters. It's the sweaty high fives and the slippery hugs that matter. It's knowing that you gave it everything you had and left it all on the floor that matters.And at the end of the day, that's what CrossFit is all about. The amazing community we have is unmatched. And I'm very proud to be a part of it.Today is Change for Change.
