A mid-week partner WOD???

As you've noticed, this week is all about breaking down barriers. Getting you out of your comfort zone. Monday was the unknown. Yesterday was no music (and some of you were annoyed :) ) Today, sharing the suffering is on the menu. When you're with a partner, you're going to push a little more. You going to dig a little deeper. And you just might find a level of intensity you didn't know you had.All that to say, have fun!3 rounds of:200M Run10 Back Squats (135/95 or 60% clean)3 rounds of:200M Run10 Front Squats (135/95)3 rounds of:200M Run10 Front Rack Lunges (135/95)One person does the run and the 10 reps. Then the next person goes. Both people going = 1 round
