Bench Day

Put on 70% of your best bench. Do 3 reps. Rest. Do 4 reps. Rest. Continue to failure. If you don’t get to round 15, do the remaining reps as pushups as your cash out. If you get more than 15 rounds, pat yourself on the back (if you can lift your arms after this).
