Bring a Friend Day!

Today is Bring a Friend Day. All classes are available. Just bring them along, have them will out a waiver, and we'll take care of the rest. Press3 x 60-70-80-85-90+With a partner, alternating rounds20 rounds5 Pushups on dumbbells5 DB Push Press (pick a weight)5 V-snaps*16 min capWe will be making the teams this evening for the Open. Check back here tomorrow to see what team you're on. Below is how the points will be tallied throughout the Open. A couple differences from last year, so take note!
