Competition

We had a huge group compete at the Spring Fling on the weekend - 33 athletes pushed out of their comfort zones. And while that's certainly possible to do at the gym, it can be tough. And it can be a grind.Competitions can help reignite that flame. They can give your training a purpose - a goal to work towards. Instead of just doing thrusters for no apparent reason, competitions give you a reason to work on them.Competitions have the ability to make you dig deeper. Even though you don't mean to hold back at the gym, you (and me) kinda do. You get to see what you're really made of. How much you're really capable of. And everyone that was in Saint John would agree - you can surprise yourself. There's a few competitions throughout the year. I encourage you to try one (especially the Hopper). If you have any questions about any of the events, please talk to me. I'd love to help you out.KB Push Press x53 sets building up“Touchdown”25-20-15-10-5 repsT2BOver the Box Jumps (24/20”)Wall Balls (20/14# @ 10/9’)*20 min capCompare to Feb.8/16
