CrossFit at the Park

Yesterday was our 5th year in operation, and today we are going back to our roots at Queen E. playground for some Hopper-style fun! Join us at 10am at 31 Lynch St. And make sure to bring LOTS of water.Workout drawn was:3 rounds10 Burpees200m Run20 Good Mornings15 Dips15 Pushups400m Run*Partner A completes the move, while Partner B rests. Both do the runs at the same time. "Drawing the exercises for the first ever CrossFit Moncton WOD"
