Do you know what's awesome?

I was sitting on a box after coaching a workout. People had just finished up with their stretches and began chatting about various topics.These are some of the things I heard..."How has Paleo been affecting your performance?""My pullups are starting to come along. I think I found the knack for it.""Congrats on your deadlift PR. You're really getting strong!"These are but a few examples of things I've actually heard. Think about it. Where else would you hear stuff like this? Not at a Globogym or the Y.Also, how many of you would have uttered these comments if you weren't coming to CrossFit. None of that even mattered the day you walked through the door. But it does now.And that makes me delighted. Knowing that you take interest in your health and performance. Knowing that you're not just here for looks, but that you care about your physical capacity. Knowing that you care about the others around you and that you'd take the time to ask them about their results.That's awesome.[caption id="attachment_3867" align="alignleft" width="300" caption="Jeff being awesome at pistols"]
