Movement ReviewWith a single dumbbell, 30-20-10 repsAlternating DB Snatch (total)OH DB Lunges (1 count)DB ThrustersThe snatches have to alternate each rep.The lunges and thrusters can be done in any combination of left and right. Men - I wouldn't recommend anything more than 45#. Ladies - 35 would be the most. There's no Rx, so don't let your ego get in the way. You should be able to keep moving throughout the WOD.Congratulations to Tara for earning her spot in the 500 club!
