EMOM from hell?

EMOM for 24 mins (45sec ON, 15sec OFF)1) Cal. Bike2) Burpees3) Wall Balls4) Cal. Row5) Reverse Burpees 6) DB Thrusters Even though there's built in rest, it's going to be tough to push it. Many will break up the 45 seconds of work. Rest too much, and you won't get enough reps done. Have fun!Dab!
