Half Event 3

This is a version of Event 3 at the 2015 CrossFit Regionals this year.With a partner, 1 Mile Run50 Overhead Squats (135/95#/70%)100 AbMat Situps150 Double Unders50 SDHP100 Box Jump Overs (24/18")After doing it and while you're sitting in a puddle of sweat gasping for air, think about doing that amount of work by yourself... under 26 minutes!!
