Hard work

I guess I'm one of the lucky ones. I can eat what I want and I not gain a pound. People hate me for it. I've been told many times. And because of that, it's hard to put myself in the shoes of someone struggling with weight loss. I don't know what it's like to be called names because of my weight. I don't know how it feels to be out of breath from taking a few flight of stairs. I don't know what it's like to experience any of this. But I'll tell you what I can do. I can be there for you. I can listen. I can provide advice. I can tell you what types of food to avoid. I can tell you that regular exercise will help.I can tell you a lot of things. But you have to work your ass off. The ball is in your court to make the changes. Please take a moment to read: "Judah's Story: I Worked My Ass Off for This and So Can You" from CrossFit Providence.WOD - The Beep Test[caption id="attachment_5370" align="alignleft" width="300" caption="Going from a size 14 to a size 6 did not come easy for Mum.
