Holiday shouldn't mean 'free-for-all'

Those are Heather's old pants. She can now fit into one leg. Really. And how did she get there? CrossFit + Paleo. That is the recipe for results.You know what's not in the recipe?

  • Holiday snack free-for-alls
  • Copious amounts of alcohol
  • Generous helpings of pie
