It's my 4 year anniversary of starting CrossFit and this was the first workout I attempted. Notice I didn't say completed. That's because I didn't. As I recall, I made it to the lunges and it was 55 minutes into the workout. That's when I decided to pull the plug. I didn't know anything about scaling workouts. Probably should have started with the Terrible 20's. You'll have your chance today to tackle this long chipper.
