We will have an athlete/judges meeting at 5:15. There's a lot to go over, so please try to be there at this time. The first heat will start at 5:30. There will be a 6 minute transition between heats.Come early, get in a solid warm-up, and bring your A-game.Diane21-15-9 reps of:Deadlifts, 225 lb. / 155 lb.
