CFM Crew

We had an amazing weekend with the largest crew at the Spring Fling. So much support, cheering, yelling, judging, eating, drinking, laughing, and PR'ing!!I'm very proud of all the athletes, many competing for the first time, and many for stepping out of their comfort zones. I saw a few of you go into your dark place during some wods. That's a whole new level. You should all be very proud of your effort and the MANY PR's that were crushed this weekend.
