It's almost that time of year when we host the CrossFit Open.This time around, it's going to look a little different. We definitely won't be able to have spectators. There's a good chance all the classes will be doing the workouts in them (2 heats each).CrossFit also mentioned there's 2 streams (gear and bodyweight).
