Happy first day of Summer!!With a partner, complete:18 Pushups9 Hang Power Cleans (135/95#/60%)9 Burpees12 Pushups6 HPC6 Burpees6 Pushups3 HPC3 Burpees*10 min capRest 3 minutes, then:21-15-9Deadlifts (185/135#/50%)Box Jumps (24/20")*12 min capLet's give an example. P1 does 18 Pushups, then P2 does 18 Pushups. Then P1 does 9 HPC, followed by P2 doing them. Continue in this fashion throughout the entire workout.If you're done the first WOD before the time cap, you get extra rest. Everyone will start part 2 at the 13 minute mark.
