Hey you! Ya, the one behind the computer screen. Why haven’t you tried CrossFit yet? Is it because the workouts are too hard? You can’t do pullups or deadlift 200 pounds? Don’t worry...CrossFit can be scaled so that anybody can do it. For instance, CrossFit Moncton has these huge rubber bands that help you do pullups. They can modify any exercise to suit your level of fitness. Oh, you don’t have time? No problem...you’ll only be at the gym for 50 minutes. You’ll start with a warm-up, work on some strength like a shoulder press, and then hit a workout, which sometimes lasts just 5 minutes.So what are you waiting for? Come by on Saturday morning 9am and give it a try. Leave your money at home...just bring some gym clothes and water.
