Overhead SquatsBuild to a heavy set of 3For time: 45 Deadlifts, 115/75 35 Hang Power Cleans, 115/75 25 Push Jerks, 115/75 15 Overhead Squats, 115/75It's not heavy, but it's going to feel like it. Break up the reps at the right time, or it may come back to bite you later on. OHS will be your limiting factor, so choose your weight wisely. Lynne
