Tomorrow must be a doozy with all this strength work...I mentioned this to my classes yesterday - unless you reach the daily cap for reps, do not change your base number. For instance, the base number for my press is 130. Unless I hit 10 reps today, it's going to remain at 130 for the rest of the cycle. Even if I get 7 or 8 reps, next week I'm still going to base all my percentages off of 130. Each day also has a minimum. Today is 1 rep. If you don't get minimum (TWO weeks in a row), then we need to adjust your numbers. If you have any questions, please ask. We want this to be a successful program for all of you.
