Rowing Doozy

For Thursday and Friday, Row-uary participants may NOT use their arms during rowing. Straight-arm rowing. That’s it. Legs and hips. Hips and legs. Hope your form is spot on!Register for ROWING CLINICWith a partner, one person does the wod, while the other performs mobility.Then switch.On a 15-minute clock, 3 rounds of:Row for 50 seconds, rest 10 secondsRow for 40 seconds, rest 20 secondsRow for 30 seconds, rest 30 secondsRow for 20 seconds, rest 40 secondsRow for 10 seconds, rest 50 seconds*Rowuary Approved (and yes, you can use your arms for the workout)*Score is total distanceKristen is back!
