Rules

Stress affects all of us. Whether it's at work or at home. Your kid just got sick before you left the house. Or your boss called you in for a meeting at the end of the day. But if you don't show up on time (or at all), you'll have burpees at the gym. I'm turning over a new leaf. And that's the leaf of respect. There are no consequences for being late now. Not even if you miss a class. I don't want to be responsible for any more added stress to your life. If you're late, but can still make the workout, that's great. Get your warm-up done quickly, and ask the coach what you can do.That being said, I still expect you to show up on time. And I don't want you missing classes. And it boils down to respect for the other members as well, especially if it happens during a class with a wait list. However, unexpected things happen. That's part of life. I hope we can work together on this and create a more positive environment at CrossFit Moncton.**Note** "Can't" burpees are still in place :)100 Double Unders100 Deadlifts (95/65)100 Double UndersThis is meant to be fast.
