September 11 Memorial Workout

Today marks the date of the tragic event when the 3 planes were highjacked and the Twin Towers were brought down. There were 24 Canadians killed on this date in 2001. It would be an honor to give each one of them, one minute of our time for the following workout.24 minutes of:5 pullups10 pushups15 squats
