Skill/Strength Day

We'll be working on the split jerk today. It's a little different than the push jerk, in that you split your feet into a lunge instead of landing under your shoulders. And why is that important? Because you can lift more weight! It's also a great way to get a bar overhead (from the back) if you're going for a heavy overhead squat. And you can impress your friends at parties.Compare to Apr.17/15
