Due to low numbers, poker night has been postponed. 5 rounds of:5 Deadlifts5 Hang Squat Cleans5 Push Press5 Front SquatsIncrease the load each cycle.Bar cannot touch/rest on the ground during a set.Rest as needed between each round.Compare to Oct.15/11.
