So Day 1 of the Level 2 cert was a doozy. We started at 9am and finished at 7pm. Quite a long day. We spent most of it doing practical, hands-on teaching. The first movement I taught was the OHS (which I don't like). And surprisingly enough, I did pretty good on it.Not so good on the second one. I taught the SDHP, but wasn't relentless enough on certain people. I'd let them get away with some things that weren't quite right. I also missed a couple errors that I should have picked up on.And it went south for my last movement, the push press. I had a brain-fart about the progression, but got back on track after a little reminder. I didn't feel the flow during the last move, but I got through it.At the end of each movement, we were debriefed by the trainers on what went well and what needs work. So, needless to say, I've learned a lot about my own teaching ability and what I need to fix for today's test. Today we have some outside participants coming in that we need to teach, so it should be fun.I'll let you all know how I did later tonight! Thanks for all the well wishes!Warm-up X 3No strength“Annie”
