I actually did a double-take, because I didn't believe what I saw.Let me tell you this - the scale DOES NOT determine your happiness. There are a lot of things that do, but the number on the scale isn't one of them.Health, family, friends, helping others - all things that will bring happiness into your life.At CrossFit Moncton, we will help you with your goals - eating well, getting in shape, nailing your first pullup. But we won't encourage weight loss as a means of happiness.*Note - there is a difference between weight loss and fat loss.
