Deadlift x365-70-75-75-7520 Shoot-throughs20 KBS (70/53#)20 Pistols20 Box Jump Overs (30/24”)20 Weighted Lunge (70/53#)Doesn't look too bad. Just 20 reps of each. But I have a feeling the movement before will affect the movement after. Bet those boxes will feel extra high after a set of pistols. Can you find Rob Brockbank in the crowd?
