***The Saturday workout will go on as scheduled. Please be at the gym at 10am for a leg burning workout :)The purpose of the CrossFit Level 2 certification is to determine who is the best of the best with regards to trainers. They have high standards that are articulated right from the beginning. They recommend that you take multiple Level 1's, attend a Kids cert and be a test subject at a Level 2.I've completed all of the above in the last year, but it wasn't good enough on test day. I didn't pass by 2 points.Am I disappointed I didn't get the piece of paper? Absolutely. But out of the 17 people who took the cert, only 2 attained Level 2 status. I'm glad I wasn't the only one who didn't pass.Although it sucks that I won't be flying home with a new certificate, what I am happy about is that I now know what I need to work on. And you know what that means? You guys are not going to get a away with shitty movement. I mean NOTHING. During the first day of the cert, the trainers mentioned to me that I have to be more relentless when it comes to attaining good movement from the participants. Once next week rolls around, you'll see...and feel the difference.I want to thank everyone for all the positive encouragement they've given me. I appreciate it SOOO much! The CrossFit Moncton crew are unlike any other group, with so much support, it's bursting through the seams. It's apparent in all your posts, so thank you for making the gym the way it is! I will see you all soon!21-15-9 reps of:BurpeesSitupsPullups[caption id="attachment_2090" align="alignnone" width="300" caption="The aftermath"]
